What this site does not do
This website sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and uses no analytics, tracking or advertising of any kind. It loads no fonts, scripts, maps or videos from third-party servers. Everything you see is delivered from this domain alone. There is no login, no contact form and no user account.
Hosting
This site is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany, on servers located in Germany. STRATO acts as a processor on our behalf under Art. 28 GDPR.
Server log files
Each time a file is retrieved, the hosting provider's web server automatically records technical data: your IP address, the date and time of the request, the file requested, the amount of data transferred, the referring page and information about your browser and operating system.
This processing is necessary to deliver the website, to keep it stable and to detect and trace attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and functioning website, Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. These logs are held by the hosting provider and deleted automatically after a short period. We do not merge them with other data and do not use them to identify individuals.
Contact by e-mail
If you write to us, the data contained in your message — your e-mail address, your name if given, and the content — is processed solely in order to answer you. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR. We keep such correspondence for as long as the matter requires and delete it afterwards, unless statutory retention periods apply.
External links
This site links to external pages, for example to Bandcamp, to our label and to concert venues. Those links are only followed when you click them; nothing is transmitted beforehand. Once you leave this site, the privacy policy of the respective provider applies.
Your rights
You have the right to obtain information about the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR), to have it corrected (Art. 16), to have it erased (Art. 17), to have its processing restricted (Art. 18), to receive it in a portable form (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21).
